What To Expect

Keeping clear of the organised groups who were on the trip from various resorts/hotels was how we made the most of our Symi visit….. getting off the main routes and enjoying the local scene and local tavernas. It proved that, as is so often the case, some pre-visit research is invaluable.

The journey was one hour twenty on the way there and one hour thirty on the way back.
You get about two and a half hours only which leaves you to just walk around the village which is geared just for tourists and restaurants only
